Temporary Planning and Urban Design Coordinator
The Accounting Coordinator will assist our Controller in managing the overall financial activities of the organization. Primary responsibilities for this role include accounts receivable/accounts payable and general bookkeeping duties. Additionally, the Accounting Coordinating will work with our operations team to effectively manage service contracts.
The Receptionist will provide general office support and staff the front desk for a busy office of 20+ employees. Duties include answering the phone, welcoming on-site guests, assisting staff with administrative tasks, ordering office supplies, and coordinating with our IT consultant. The ideal candidate is punctual, adaptable, and highly organized.
