Ongoing Studies
The City of Austin and their consultants ROMA are working with the community to define the 25-year vision for downtown Austin and to develop a strategy for implementing the community's vision. Various aspects of the plan include transportation and urban rail, density bonus, affordable housing, and district planning.

The City of Austin and their consultants ROMA are working with the community to create a vision for great public spaces and to develop a strategy for implementing the community's vision. Components of the plan include park and open space inventory and assessment, short- and long-term improvements, programs and elements each space should support, how public spaces work as a system, researching best practices, and a funding strategy to achieve the goals.
Waller Creek District Master Plan
The City of Austin and their consultants ROMA are working with the community to create a vision the Waller Creek District and to develop a strategy for implementing the community's vision. The redevelopment of the Waller Creek area will be made possible by a flood-control tunnel that will be completed in 2014.
